Open a commercial tea bag and you’ll usually find tiny broken bits called "fanning" or "dust." These brew quickly, but lack complexity and nutrition.

We use whole or large-leaf tea, which unfurls beautifully when brewed, releasing deeper flavors, essential oils, and antioxidants that tea bags can’t match.
